How to reach Vinci and The Farmhouse LA GIOCONDA  

 

From  Autostrada A1:

Exit the Autostrada At Firenze-Signa and enter the S.C.G. FI-PI-LI highway direction Pisa-Livorno (blue sign). Exit the highway at Empoli Est and follow the signs for Vinci.
From the centre of Vinci follow the indications for "casa natale di Leonardo" (Leonardo's native house) situated in Anchiano. As soon as you arrive at the parking of Leonardo's native house follow the street for Santa Lucia and/or Agriturismo LA GIOCONDA that it's after 200 metres on the right side.

 

From Autostrada A11:

Exit the autostrada at Pisa-Aereoporto and enter immediately the S.C.G. FI-PI-LI highway direction Firenze. Go on about 50 Km till the exit Empoli Est and follow the signs for Vinci. Follow the indications as above.

 

By train:

From Florence direction Pisa. 

Get off at Empoli Station where there are buses for Vinci every hour.
