Booking terms and conditions
TERMS
- In July and August the apartments for 4 people are rentable weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are in the afternoon possibly after 4.00 pm and within 7 p.m; departures are in the morning within 10:00 o’clock;
- If you wish to arrive at different times or if you are late, you have to communicate it to the direction of the farmhouse;
- In case of delayed arrivals or earlier departures with regard to the scheduled date, no amount will be refunded;
- To confirm the reservation we ask you a partial payment on account;
- The balance of payment is due at the arrival;
- The customer assumes full responsability for his behavior and for the behavior of the other people with him .
- The Apartament must be left in good condition like the arrival, otherwise will be charged the final cleaning cost euro 50.00.
THE TERMS FOR CANCELLATION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
– In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but can be reused for another stay.
– If canceled seven days prior to arrival the deposit will not be returned and will not be reused for another stay.
